Tips on starting a online business
Process flow
Seller must have process flow to make sure the item deliver is successful and the parcel is delivered to the customer. Process flow also make the seller more organized.
1. Before making a transaction, a seller must check and verify the buyer. Do some research on the buyer. This is to make sure the buyer is not a fraud.
2. To make sure the buyer is not a fraud. Seller must call the buyer to verify the information that buyer have provided. Example, verify the buyer's shipping address, phone no. and other details that related in the transaction. From the buyer point of view, we feel safe and secure when the buyer personally call and verify our detail. This will make the buyer more confidence to buy our product.
3. After the seller have called the buyer. Pack and ship the parcel to the customer and make sure the detail of the postage is send to the buyer such as tracking number. For more convenience, send the url of the tracking number. We human sometimes lazy to check the tracking number that's why put the url and it will automatically go the web page of the tracking number. hahahaha
4. Last, call back the customer. Check whether the parcel have received by the customer and from this we can ask the customer to make a testimonial of our service.
